Pure Management Group has sharpened its knives and opened its doors to Company American Bistro inside Luxor with celebrity investors Nicky Hilton, Wilmer Valderrama and Nick Lachey. Located adjacent to LAX Nightclub, Company American Bistro boasts a rustic feel in a chic organic environment while offering diners a contemporary twists on classic American entrees. “We are excited to be opening a restaurant next to LAX Nightclub and couldn’t be happier with our celebrity partners,” said Robert Frey, Managing Partner of Pure Management Group. “The restaurant is very hip and modern in design and has a flavorful menu with something everyone can enjoy.”
A team of talented chefs led by Executive Chef Adam Sobel, formerly of Restaurant Guy Savoy, dishes up a wide range of tantalizing entrees giving patrons a coast-to-coast taste of America. Cooking by season and using the freshest ingredients available enables Sobel and his staff to offer an innovative and diverse menu with twists on traditional recipes.
Crafted by the award-winning, New York-based design firm AvroKO, Company American Bistro encompasses more than 10,000 square feet featuring an inviting lounge surrounded by aspen trees and hurricane lamp candles. The main dining room is highlighted by a state-of-the-art wine wall and unique silver-plated chandeliers. Comfort is of the essence at Company American Bistro as customers settle in to custom made high-back leather chairs and cozy couches to enjoy their meal while an abundance of fashioned tree logs and stack stone add to the restaurants décor, creating a warm, soothing environment.
